    Stretch the shoulders, rejuventate the lower back, and enjoy creating space in the front of the hips. Props suggested: a block, strap, and blanket

    This is a great practice for the evening to restore tired legs with hip opening postures at the wall.

  • 10 min Desk Warriors

    Melt stress, stretch your neck and shoulders, and finish with a wide leg forward fold with this short sequence. Suggested prop: one chair
