  • 10 minute Post-Run Hamstring Stretch

    Do this sequence of stretches after running, cycling, sitting at a desk all day, or any activity that tends to shorten the hamstrings. Check out the Runners Journey for more. Recommended props: 1 chair

  • 10 minute Happy Hamstrings

    Happy hamstrings contribute to a healthy lower back and overall balance of your pelvis and trunk. Recommended props: 1 block, 1 blanket, 1 strap, 1 bolster

  • 20 minute Runner's Medicine

    A great practice for runners either before or after their run that will leave you feeling open. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 strap

    30 minute sequence focusing on opening your hamstrings. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 strap

    Stretch out and strengthen the parts of your legs most affected by running.

    Open your hips, hamstrings and IT bands, and create stability in the ankles, knees, hips and shoulders in this class designed with runners in mind. Recommended props: 2 blocks

  • 20 min Quad & Hip Flexor Stretch w/ Vytas

    Stretch out your hip flexors, which are an area of the body that get very tight if you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk or in a car. Recommended props: 1 blanket

  • 10 min - Post Hike Stretch

    Cool down and stretch out the muscles you used to climb the mountain. Recommended props: 2 blocks
