We begin seated and the focus is our posture. I teach the roots and what the pelvis is doing and how to find safe and neutral. We add arms for length and I go over the details of their positions. From there we MOVE into lots of shapes and go back to what we learned in the first few moments of class in each new pose! 2 blocks. A sense of curiosity and humor.

SMG Y'all! We move SLOWLY and pay close attention MINDFULLY and have lots of moments for Gratitude. Simple effective flow with options and lots of yummy poses. Core surprise at the end! I'm also getting over a bad cold and am slightly delirious which makes for some good humor moments. One block.
