This all-levels vinyasa practice begins with some easy lower body movement, goes into shoulder mobility and then a few push-ups. Afterward, we wind down with some gentle stretching and a long meditation. Enjoy!

This well rounded vinyasa class doesn't take in any traditional sun salutations, but builds heat and flexibility in some other great ways. Enjoy some simple poses that Vytas doesn't teach too often.
