Our hips hold us through this life, they're also an energetic threshold that connect to our roots. In yoga we practice poses that deepen this relationship so we strengthen the stability within that helps us rise and grow. Like any root system we must prune so there is fertile ground to bloom. This class is very personal for me, right before my hip surgery. Change can shake up the sense of "I Am". We are all faced with choices that will ask us to let go, compost old stories, release roles, and renew our relationship with the truest version of ourselves. I hope this class can be a strong and spacious flow to connect you to the strength you have within. Our practice is a sacred garden where we get close to the earth and tend to our roots.
