Imagine hitting a pause button on all the chaos and distraction. That's what this meditation series is about.

In this 10-part audio series, "Living Mindfully with Meditation," Hakim Tafari (UCLA Health-trained Mindfulness Facilitator), gives a down-to-earth approach on how to deepen your understanding of meditation and create lasting mindfulness habits.

Just ten sessions will change how you show up in your daily life, for the better.

First up, the basics, or as we call them “the essentials”: In these three classes, you’ll explore the difference between mindfulness and meditation, and how to build a practice that works for you. These lessons feel like personal conversations with Hakim, guiding you step by step through the process.

Then, the good stuff, the actual meditations, “the fundamentals”! You'll dive into seven meditation practices, each with a different focus, like feeling more loving, joyful, and forgiving. Hakim helps you to learn these simple yet powerful tools to cultivate inner peace that radiates to those around you.

This series is for anyone who feels like their brain is always on overdrive, or like the world's just too much. You'll learn how to ditch the distractions, release built-up tension, and give your energy levels a boost.
