Lesley was a dedicated yogini and yoga teacher. She took her first teacher training at YogaWorks in 2006. Her classes are breath focused and alignment based - and combine her love of movement with the practice of yoga. Lesley believed that the transformational gift of yoga should be available to as many people as possible.

    Focus on your breath, alignment and practice in this class that will grant you release from the stressors of everyday life. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket

  • 45 minute Yoga for Flexibility

    Gain flexibility and increase your range of motion with this class designed with stiffer bodies in mind. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket

  • 30 minute Yoga for Strength

    Work on building core strength from just below the chest to just above the knees and all around the body. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket

  • 45 minute Total Body Workout

    Stretch and strengthen your entire body so you can feel energized and balanced. Recommended props: 1 strap, 1 blanket

  • 5 minute Picking Up & Jumping Back

    Work on picking up and jumping back, which can be really fun, but also really challenging. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket

  • 60 minute Twist & Detox

    If you find that you've overindulged, this detoxifying class can help provide some relief. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket, 1 strap
