Join Ashley in this 45-minute vinyasa flow sequence to awaken your feet, balance, and open your hips, and lengthen your hamstrings. This practice begins with reclined strap work to strengthen the core and open the back body. Then, it moves into sun salutations and standing balance poses that strengthen the hips and bring awareness to the role of the feet in foundational poses to help stabilize the pelvis. Close with a few more relaxed hip openers to balance the body and counter the practice, and end with a restful savasana or meditation.
