This is a flow to honor the blood moon and full lunar eclipse. It is a red beacon illuminating our roots. Yoga is a practice to dig into our foundation and shift what is outdated and unstable so we can stand rooted in firm ground. A Full moon is a passageway to shake loose old debris that keeps us repeating the same tired cycles. A practice to explore what is asking to dissolve and change so you can walk through the threshold of new beginnings.
