Hips were requested and hips were granted. We stretch the hips on our backs and standing and seated. I also add in some hamstrings opening.
Mostly Gentle seated stretches that will lead into a lunge, down dog and squat. It is a whole lotta love for our hips, hamstrings and shoulders.
This 15 minute stretch focuses on hips and shoulder opening. It has some moment on the back, butt and upright!
