Yoga helps you create a stable container. Your body supports your breath, and you can flow with your heart's intention. Obstacles known as the Kleshas get in the way. A big one is Dvesha (avoidance). In the flow we want to go toward blockages in the body so the we can open and release tension. This also means patience and unraveling old stories that can keep us stuck. It is a reminder that we all get blocked, but when we have the strength to receive the feedback and respond with patience, we reclaim our ability to flow.
