Yoga is a practice and patient reminder to listen to the wisdom of your body. This is my first class teaching after a month off post hip surgery. My practice helped me be a devoted patient to my healing. The poses are fertile ground to get present and pay attention to what our bodies need in the moment. This "art" of attending is what brings us back to what we need and what is important. This is a class to gather yourself, be in the moment where life is actually happening, and align with the presence of your creative energy and wise body. recommended: block and strap
