The world can be noisy, a flow to express what your body, mind, and heart needs to feel grounded. Yoga is a wisdom tradition that brings us into alignment with our inner needs so we can skillfully navigate life and honor what are truth is in the moment. Warrior poses are pauses to strengthen our relationship with Self. Balance poses ask us up to be humble and remember true balance isn't found with out falling down sometimes. When we find our authentic flow we can express our Self and this keeps us connected to honest open communication.
