This practice is inspired by sutra 1.33 referred to as the "locks and keys" It reminds us when we feel off center, the way back is always within. As you move through the flow notice where your mind may wander, judge, compare, harden, instead of forcing change, practice a different response. Let the poses be a place to practice unlocking. Less gripping, more clarity. A mantra to sprinkle in, "notice the lock, now choose the key". All of life is a practice. recommended: block and strap
