This class is a classic sequence of movement and flow. Breath, Sun Salutes, Standing poses, Core, Backbends, Inversions, Hip Openers. A few harder/fancy things tossed in to choose from as well. Lots of opportunities to check in and make choices that work for YOUR body and vibe.

This class moves us through what is stuck and ignites where we are dull. Slow mindful constant movement with attention to breath and sensations. A little less focus on mechanical cues and a bit more on body awareness.

the 45 min is for EVERYONE. I break it all down and we flow and try some harder things but there are plenty of modifications for my newer friends or those that want to take it easy. That being said I whip out 3 VERY fancy arm balances for ya to try!
