Once you begin to hold postures, be sure your body is comfortable and warm. Resist the temptation to chase after a stretch and give yourself permission to let go. Remember less is more when it comes to restorative yoga. Release yourself into sweet surrender. Recommended props: 1 block, 1 bolster, 2 blankets
