Passive stretching of the hamstrings can be overdone. Instead, in this practice, we revisit many of our standing poses with the intention of strengthening the hamstrings. Feel freedom of movement through effort and stability. Of course enjoy some core, and flow as well.

This class begins seated and easy but gets challenging pretty quickly. Vytas adeptly uses the basic poses to find grounding through strength. In addition to standing poses and salutations, expect a few unique plank variations and different supine core sequence.

This strong but basic class starts with some core, warms up the legs and flows through sun salutations. Standing poses include side angle and triangle pose. In Vytas fashion, after those we return to the floor for a final core push before closing the practice gently.
