A practice to pause into presence. Staying in relationship with the Now helps us stop rehearsing the past. The teacher is right under your nose, your breath. It helps you ride through waves of change and remember that letting go yields to new life that wants to rise. Often we commit to new ways of being and old reflexes rise up. The familiar responses show up right on cue, we can rush, grip, shut down, or eject. The reactions are not wrong, they are practiced. This is a flow to turn toward your self and the moment, to engage and face your Self. Strength isn't just holding a pose, it is how we hold ourselves when fear hijacks our joy.
