Yoga is a practice of self study, to be curious what is unfolding within the shape. No matter how many times you do a pose there is space to begin again with fresh eyes and a new perspective. A Beginner's mind is a way of staying humble and not get caught up in the perfectionism of getting it right. Being human requires us to get messy, stumble and transmute challenges into wisdom. recommended: block
