In yoga, "dukkha" is contracted, "sukha" is space/ease. A flow to ground, breathe, and Be present. A strong practice with plenty of strength in warrior poses and space in between to explore the moment. This is where we cultivate stability without hardening and ease without collapse. Each pose we explore: physically where we grip instead of ground, mentally where we loop instead of listen, energetically where we push instead of receive. The only way to transform is to shift awareness from distraction to pure attention. That's the kind of space that transmutes effort into ease and then flow is a space to Be not to chase. recommended: block
