In this practice, Tamika guides you through Yin Yoga shapes that massages meridians that move out grief and stimulate circulation. The practice ends with a brief meditation.

Day 2 - Somatic Flow to Shift your Mood w/ Tamika
Tamika guides you through a practice of generative shapes and dynamic movement to shift your whole state. The practice culminates with a brief meditation.

Day 3 - Restorative Yoga for Inner Peace w/ Tamika
Rest doesn't need to occur when all the conditions are perfect. Rehearse rest with this short class full of generative Restorative practices.

Day 4 - Flow + Soundbath - Move Out to Move In w/ Tamika
Enjoy alternating sun salutations to shake things up, then enjoy a savasana with soundbath.

Day 5 - Move. Breathe. Meditate. Create. w/ Tamika
After brief movement, Tamika guides you through a practice of breath work and guided visions & goals meditation, then offers time for integration through journaling, painting, or any other creative outlet.
