This chair yoga practice explores a series of warm-ups, asanas, guided relaxation, pranayama, and meditation practices to increase strength and support balance. These include hula hoop movements, pigeon, and a standing series including warrior 1, downward dog, triangle and tree, chair savasana, alternate nostril breathing, and meditation. Practice is done seated in a chair and standing using a chair for support. Suitable for all levels. Props include a mat and chair and option props are a blanket and bolster.
