Lot’s of Core in this sequence. We do the sun salutes and lots of standing poses. Core comes to visit in the beginning middle and end. A few options to arm balance and go upside down. A FULL blast of twists brings us to our backbends. This class moves at a breath by breath pace. As always I give options to to less or more. 2 blocks.
