This 30 min flow is a great way to kick off your summer weekend! We build heat right away with some core leading into a few stretches and a handful of standing poses. A sun salute B and Dancing Warrior Sun Salute arrive that prep us for 2 deep twists. A balance option is our peak moment to focus in a solid tree or play with Bakasana or Flying Pigeon. We end with some simple twists and stretching and folds.
