This chair yoga practice explores a series of warm-ups, asanas, guided relaxation, pranayama, and meditation practices to increase flexibility and cultivate a state of relaxation. These include eye movements, self-massage, side-bending, reclined butterfly and reclined twist. Practice is done seated and also includes a reclined section that can be done on a couch, bed, or yoga mat on the floor. Suitable for all levels. Props include a couch and couch cushions.
