    In today's class we are going to be flowing through a classical Pilates routine, It’ll focus on working the full body in a slow but intentional way. We will introduce moving with the breath and discover core engagement. This class is suitable for all levels.

  • 20 Min Beginner Pilates Full Body w/ Georgia

    In this class you'll flow through a classical Pilates routine focused on working the full body in a slow but intentional way. Georgia will introduce the classical Side Kick and Shoulder bridge which will leave you feeling stronger, longer and leaner. This class is suitable for all levels.

  • 20 Min Core Focused Pilates w/ Georgia

    One of Georgia's favorite muscle groups to work! In this class we'll work on a classical Pilates routine, focusing on the deep core muscles in a slow but intentional way. You'll practice the Pilates Core Series of 5. This class is suitable for all levels.

  • Full Body Pilates Flow

    In today's class we are going to be flowing through a lovely classical Pilates routine that’ll also include some stretches. You’ll be left feeling super connected to your body and refreshed. This class is suitable for all levels, including pre/postnatal.

  • 20 Min Lower Body Focused Pilates w/ Georgia

    In this class you'll work through a classical Pilates routine focused on strengthening the lower body and glutes in a slow but intentional way. Expect to feel a gentle burn in that lower body!

  • Sculpt and Stretch Pilates

    In this class you'll work through a classical Pilates routine focused on sculpting the full body. Expect some standing moves and a full body burn, while lengthening and stretching the body. This class is suitable for all levels.

  • 20 Min Beginner Lower Core Pilates w/ Georgia

    In this class you'll work through a classical Pilates routine focused on working the full body, especially the lower abdominal muscles in a slow but intentional way. This class is suitable for all levels.

  • 20 Min Final Beginners Full Body Pilates w/ Georgia

    In this class you'll experience a classical Pilates routine focused on working the full body in a slow but intentional way. This also rounds out the Beginners Pilates series. This class is suitable for all levels and pre/postnatal.
