In this class, you will focus on strengthening your back muscles and opening up your chest to improve your posture and leave you feeling revitalized. Ashley will guide you through a series of poses designed to strengthen your core, improve your balance, and deepen your breathing. The session begins with gentle warm-up movements to prepare your body for the practice ahead. Then, you will move into a series of postures, including Cobra, Extended Side Angle, and Pyramid with C arms, which will strengthen your back muscles and open up your chest and shoulders. The class concludes with seated hip-opening folds after exploring the backbend of Camel Pose. Props Recommend: 2 Blocks
