Throughout the class, you will have the opportunity to explore various lunges, twists, and shoulder openers that will leave you feeling energized and with a more open body. Finally, the practice will wind down with some gentle hip-openers and backbends to prepare for a rejuvenating rest, leaving you feeling connected to your intention and in an embodied state of truth.
