  • Yoga for Beginners - Foundations Class - 20 min - Class #1

    Start to build your yoga foundations in this class focused on 1/2 Sun Salutations, Low Lunges, and Warrior 1. This practice moves at an easy pace to allow you to focus on the details! Optional props: 1 blanket/towel for sensitive knees.

  • Yoga for Beginners - Your Movement Snack - 10 min - Class #2

    Take a little break out of your day and move around in this quick, gentle class designed to give you an opportunity to practice movements from our Foundations Class while also giving you some time to move and breathe on your mat. Optional props: 1 blanket/towel for sensitive knees.

  • Yoga for Beginners - Building on Foundations - 20 min - Class #3

    Keep your momentum going this class focused on 1/2 Sun Salutation, Low Lunge, Warrior 1, and Warrior 2. This practice moves at an easy pace and includes repetition to build comfort while also introducing new details! Optional props: 1 blanket/towel for sensitive knees.

  • Yoga for Beginners - Moving with Breath - 30 min - Class #4

    Get a friendly feel for what it means to move with your breath in this practice. This class incorporates familiar postures, sprinkles in some new ones, and inspires us to tap deeper into our breath. Optional props: 1 blanket/towel for sensitive knees.

  • Yoga for Beginners - More Movement Snacks - 10 min - Class #5
