This class begins with some hip mobility and strength, then moves through standing poses and back to the floor again. Lots of good core peppered in as well with a few twists and side stretches to boot. My voice was a little off on this one so apologies for the throat clearing :)

This class plays with a few new transitions, push-up variations and hip mobility. And yet, we still get in a lot of our classics, triangle, warrior 3, pyramid, squats, etc,. Enjoy another strong and focused Vytas class!
