Today's practice was for Father's Day. We got strong and balanced with a bunch of tree variations. Did some well rounded stuff. And then saved a lot of time to relax into a few yin poses at the end. One of my favorites I've filmed yet!

Class starts strong and we get through a lot. But we also save some extra time for chilled out supine poses at the end. Enjoy the balance!

Passive stretching of the hamstrings can be overdone. Instead, in this practice, we revisit many of our standing poses with the intention of strengthening the hamstrings. Feel freedom of movement through effort and stability. Of course enjoy some core, and flow as well.
