A class that leads to Crow pose. Plenty of prep time and wherever you land is really the practice. A pose that has been easy for me through out the years and after my hip surgery it was a no fly zone. ;) I had to relearn to fly. This is the principle of Abhyasa and Vairagya, dedicated practice and unattach from the the outcome. It is really the journey and releasing expectations that bring more joy onto the mat. Listening to your truth and honoring where you are allows you to spread your authentic wings. recommended: block
