Think of the body as a living temple: the feet and ankles form the ground floor, the pelvic girdle the second, and the shoulder girdle the third.
To refine alignment, we focus on three key steps:
✔️ Aligning the bones for optimal support
✔️ Stabilizing with muscular engagement
✔️ Elongating through the plumb line to create space and ease
