In this video, we’re exploring the Root & Rebound principle—one of the key ways we work with gravity in yoga.
When part of the body presses into the earth, the earth pushes back, creating a lift or rebound in another part of the body. You’ll especially feel this in inversions and arm balances, where that push helps you find lightness and stability.
Think of it like bouncing a ball—the harder it presses down, the higher it rebounds. Understanding this principle can help you feel more grounded, balanced, and effortlessly strong in your practice.
