We are not centered all the time. This is a practice to return again and again. Yoga is not only doing poses, it's about learning to return to the rhythm of your own heart and dance to the beat of your own drum. This is a flow to pause, breathe, check in. We never step into the same river twice, that's why these poses are wonderful mirrors to reflect back what you need, so you come home to your whole Self. recommended: block
