When you build a pose you are strengthening your capacity to hold the intention you want to seed. Where intention meets integrity. A new year, a new chapter requires a reinforcing and update of how we want to hold our life force in order for new growth to happen. In yoga, infrastructure isn't just the body. It's the relationship between body, mind, emotions, and energy. If the mind is running old stories of fear, then our default system will go to what is familiar, even when the heart wants something different. This is a practice about presence with what is, not pushing harder, but about strengthening your entire system to support your creative endeavors.
