In this class you'll work through an advanced classical Pilates routine focused on the upper body. We start by warming up the full body, then move into a plank series to really fire up those arms. Next, we'll flow into the Pilates Side Kick Kneeling sequence and finally finish off with a stretch. This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced levels or anyone who would like a challenge.
