In this class you will work through an advanced classical Pilates routine. We are going to be focusing on stability and balance today, we start by testing our brain and balancing with an all fours variation and then flow through the Pilates Side Bend which is a powerful on the whole body! This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced levels or anyone who would like a challenge.
