    Episode 1

    No time wasted in this action packed, straightforward Vinyasa class. Move through no-chaturanga Surya Bs, standing poses, hip openers and then into our handstand sequence. Vytas elegantly builds heat through a sequence accessible to all.

    Episode 2

    This strong but basic class starts with some core, warms up the legs and flows through sun salutations. Standing poses include side angle and triangle pose. In Vytas fashion, after those we return to the floor for a final core push before closing the practice gently.
