    This class begins with some hip mobility and strength, then moves through standing poses and back to the floor again. Lots of good core peppered in as well with a few twists and side stretches to boot. My voice was a little off on this one so apologies for the throat clearing :)

    This class plays with a few new transitions, push-up variations and hip mobility. And yet, we still get in a lot of our classics, triangle, warrior 3, pyramid, squats, etc,. Enjoy another strong and focused Vytas class!

    Start at the hips and work up through the core and shoulders. Enjoy some good hip strengtheners, plank variations and shoulder mobility.
