Pigeon anyone? Be begin here. The focus of class is on our breath, body and energy. Thus you have choices always to take it to heated harder edge or to back off. All the sun salutes. Lots of standing poses. Bunch of twists. Arm balances, core, inversions, backbends. Lots of over sharing and TMI moments as well. 2 blocks please.
