This fully seated chair yoga practice explores a series of warm-ups, asanas, guided relaxation, pranayama, and meditation practices to increase flexibility and cultivate a state of relaxation. These include neck stretches, cat/cow, half spinal twist, goddess pose, triangle pose, pigeon, child's pose, extended relaxation, dirga swasam pranayama, alternate nostril breathing, and meditation. Practice is done seated and is suitable for all levels. Props include a chair, bolster, blanket, and two blocks.
