This fully seated chair yoga practice explores a series of warm-ups, asanas, guided relaxation, pranayama, and meditation practices to increase flexibility and cultivate a state of relaxation. These include pelvic tilts, cat/cow, side bending, dynamic twists, dynamic eagle, dynamic cobra, hamstring stretch, guided relaxation, ujjayi pranayama, and meditation. Practice is done seated and is suitable for all levels. The only prop is a chair, and a block is optional.
