This chair yoga practice explores a series of warm-ups, asanas, guided relaxation, pranayama, and meditation practices to increase flexibility and cultivate a state of relaxation. These include functional movements that you find in every day life, leg lifts, bridge pose, and a guided relaxation. Practice is done seated and also includes a reclined section that can be done on a couch, bed, or yoga mat on the floor. Suitable for all levels. Props include blocks, a couch, and couch cushions.
