A strong and mobile mid-back is essential for posture, breath capacity, and overall spinal health. This class focuses on strengthening the muscles that support the thoracic spine while incorporating mobility exercises to enhance flexibility and prevent stiffness. Using Pilates-based spinal articulation, thoracic extension drills, and targeted resistance work, we’ll improve mid-back stability and function. We’ll also include gentle stretching and release techniques to alleviate tension and promote relaxation. Whether you're dealing with postural imbalances, recovering from back discomfort, or looking to improve movement efficiency, this class will leave you feeling more upright, open, and resilient.
