This four-part Pilates series is specifically designed to enhance joint strength, stability, and mobility while promoting recovery and injury prevention. Each class focuses on a major joint complex—shoulders, knees, hips, and ankles/feet—utilizing a combination of traditional Pilates exercises and functional movement techniques.

Through a blend of controlled strength work, mobility drills, and restorative movements, participants will develop greater body awareness, improve overall function, and reduce the risk of joint-related discomfort.
