This class marries observation and subtle actions to give love and space to the lower back. We access ankles, calves, and the lower half of the body so we can see, recognize, and honor the interconnectedness of our bodies. And yes, there's real scientific studies that support ankle/leg and low back connection, I didn't just make that up. Props: 1 strap, 1 ball, 1 block, 1 blanket. Optional: something to help with balance.
