This class is all floor work addressing the hips using gentle movement, myofascial release, and awareness. Target areas include: hip flexors, diaphragm, glutes, posterior hip, hip joint range of motion, adductors, outer hips. Rec props: 1 block, 2 balls, 1 blanket.
