Chair Yoga for Strength & Balance
This series offers accessible ways to experience the vast benefits of chair yoga. Each class provides a different sequence of practices designed to help all levels of students find strength and increase balance through yoga. This includes older adults, disabled people, or anyone wanting to explore chair yoga practice's benefits. Classes include centering, warm-ups, asanas, guided relaxation, breathing practices, and meditation. Practices are done seated or using a chair as a prop for standing and reclined practices.
