This 60-minute yoga practice is designed to leave you feeling receptive and nurtured. It begins by centering your body so that you can open up and receive your breath, knowing you are supported. The practice then moves on to build strength through core work and sun salutations, while continuing to open up the chest. The practice culminates with both asymmetrical and symmetrical backbends, including dhanurasana and ardha dhanurasana, before winding down with seated hip openers/forward bends and savasana to promote total relaxation.
